Senior Dating Services – Online Dating
Senior Dating Services are all the rage! Didn’t you know? If you’re over 50 that is.
There was a time when dating services of any kind were equated with ‘computer dating’ and other ‘old hat’ stuff like that. But not any more. Senior dating has taken off online in a big way!
Here at SingleDating.com we have attempted to cater for this growing trend of senior dating in a number of ways. Primarily we have done this through the provision of dating advice articles aimed at the over 40s, over 50s and over 60s.
Our earliest page aimed at the over 60 dating scene was Senior Personals for the Over 60 Lady or Man — as such this is not really an advice page (beyond some basic stuff ) so much as an access point for the senior dating service we offer.
More progress was made with Senior Pen Pals For Free, taking a senior pen pals stance rather than a senior dating services stance because many over 60s prefer their online dating not to be too ‘in your face’. A senior pen pals approach gives many the opportunity to get to know people online without the immediate pressure of online dating. Then, if they wish, they can pursue a specific relationship along ‘senior dating’ lines.
Dating for seniors need not be confined to the over 60 age group. This is really just a matter of definition. Some sites believe dating over 40 and dating over 50 to be ‘senior dating’. Here at Singledating.com we have always maintained the distinction that senior dating services are for the over 60s, but it is purely a matter of definition.
In terms of over 50 dating we have the blog page Over 50 Dating Tips which links, not unexpectedly, to Singles Over 50 For Dating, incidentally notable because it covers the search term ‘singles over fifty’ as well as the more common ‘singles over 50′ — perhaps people just find it quicker to type a number rather than a word, more’s the pity.
For the over 40s — that is to say those between 40 and 50; and if we must include this age group within ‘senior dating’ as a category — we have the classic page that goes right back to 1999 (and possibly earlier) Mature single lady or man over 40, now expanded upon with a range of further over 40 dating pages such as Women Over 40 Finding Love, and for men Over 40 Women Dating.
There are many more pages at SingleDating.com aimed at helping the over 40, over 50 and over 60 age groups with dating for seniors, nearly all of them recommending the senior dating service which is part of PenPalsPlanet.com. You can easily find all the seniors you need for dating or as friends by browsing the vast PenPalsPlanet.com photo profiles. They’ve even allowed us to put the profiles search panel on this page (see it top right). Use it to find the senior dating partners you are looking for.
